Resourcing
Many of our clients liked our approach and people so much that they wanted a commercial model that would allow them to access such resources on a flexible basis. In response to this we have created the Resourcing division, which can provide individuals to join your existing teams in the implementation of IT and business initiatives, or provide people to fulfil interim roles.
The basis of this model is that we can supply individuals at lower rates in return for higher guaranteed levels of utilisation. We have a large pool of people and skills to choose from, using our permanent team and our network of associates. These associates are all people who are well known to us, rather than people sourced through contract agencies.
The roles that we are most commonly asked to provide are Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts and people with specific content expertise in retail and IT.
We can also provide low cost IT development and support through an established relationship with an off-shore partner. This model has been in place for over 10 years and has delivered highly successful projects, providing excellent quality and value for money for clients such as Whitbread and GlaxoSmithKline.

We are happy to supply you with resource on a one off basis, or, if you need us more frequently, we can work out a flexible resourcing agreement with you, which includes expert Account Management support and competitive rates.
