In our view, handing over to the internal team isn’t just about transferring files and documents. We believe it's also about equipping the team with the additional skills and expertise they need to continue to make a difference.
We don’t just do this with our clients but we do it with ourselves! One of our strengths over the years has been our ability to recruit ‘operators’ and turn them into skilled consultants. Our internal training programme and coaching approach allows us to do this successfully.
This skills transfer happens in different ways. Our consultants are experienced in coaching and mentoring individuals, running creative events, and providing specific formal training that will help to develop your own teams.
Last year, we brought this together in a new service, Advance, which offers bespoke training programmes to support the development of your staff in achieving operational excellence.
