The founders of i-Realise (formerly Itim Consulting) have shared a passion for enabling companies to leverage value from computer systems since they met in 1982. Initially, they approached this from the IT side by providing IT departments with the tools and techniques to really understand the business – they were some of the earliest exponents of business analysis.
i-Realise was founded by them in 1992 to bridge the gap between business and IT by integrating the people skills needed to bring cross functional teams together.
Our customers tell us that our combination of systemised business analysis, zest for detail and ability to work shoulder to shoulder with their own teams, is what sets us apart from other consultancies. They trust us not only to run large change projects, but also to provide business analysts and project managers to fill resourcing gaps and also to train their people in these skills.
